Why Join Pantheon?
Pantheon Clinical Research offers an environment that is different from what employees may experience at large, corporate-run research organizations. As an independent research site, we offer the opportunity to work closely with investigators, leadership, sponsors, and fellow research professionals in a collaborative setting where individual contributions have a visible impact.
Our coordinators are not simply assigned to one narrow piece of the clinical trial process. They have the opportunity to develop broad experience across study operations, participant care, sponsor interactions, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
We value professionalism, accountability, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to providing an excellent experience for both study participants and our research partners.
